Mainayr Campground is a family campground in the coastal town of Steuben, just 40 minutes from Ellsworth. Enjoy the quiet natural beauty of the Maine coast at a comfortable campsite. Within 15-60 minutes by car, you can explore the many fishing villages, mountains, ponds, ocean, coves that extend from the Blue Hill Peninsula to Quoddy Head.
Near Acadia National Park
Acadia National Park in both Mount Desert Island and Schoodic Point, Roque Bluffs State Park, Quoddy State Park, Great Wass Wildlife Refuge are all just a short drive away.

Our Maine campground lets you camp in a friendly family atmosphere while you travel, shop, hike and do your sightseeing. Joy Cove is 1-2 miles back from the open Atlantic, great for canoeing, kayaking and windsurfing. There is tidal swimming at our small beach, and a playground for the kids..
